I'm not usually bothered about the cons with celebs, but this JIB one is sounding more and more like a hoot...

Ok, I'm here in Rome for the con and thought I'd recap a few things that I thought might be relevant to this comm's interests. Not sure what's been discussed so far because the wireless is shitty.



--someone asked Jared during his solo panel about the French Mistake and whether he and Gen had any say in how they were portrayed. He turned it around and talked about the conf call with the producers and how he and Jensen were afraid they would make them do something like kiss each other. He then said "that would be bad" while looking down at his lap and smiling



--when talking about the Misha/coin story Jared mentioned his dog, but then corrected it to "my bigger dog" Sadie. We thought this was strange because Harley is obviously bigger so he was probably talking about Gen's dogs (or Icarus, depending on your side of the fence)



--in line for the J2 photo op we overheard this italian girl talking about how she told Gen how beautiful she was and told Jared how "lucky" he was, but then she laughed and said that you know it's really J2 together forever. Hats pretending to love the wives is always good for a laugh



--During the photo op they ignored pretty everyone and just talked to each other. Jared especially looked super tired and they were nice about it.



--During the J2 panel they were asked the usual question about their fave season. Jared starting talking about how he met his wife and fell in love, blah blah the usual, but the interesting thing was the second Jared starting talking about Gen, Jensen slumped his shoulders and looked down at his lap the whole time. There are a few pics out there, so if you see the Jensen slumping shoulders pic, that's during the J/G true love story.



--Right afterwards Jensen talked about how season 1 was his favorite because everything was so full of possibilities. Thought that was a tiny bit sad after the slumping shoulders of the "everything changed in season 4" story lol



--Jared was trying to tell a story about what he and Gen talked about last night and Jensen kept interrupting him the whole time. LOL that was a tiny bit amusing



--thought it was interesting that Kripke took them aside in season 1 and told them the show could go on a long time but it was dependent on their relationship



For what it's worth I'm a fencesitter who leans hat whenever I see shit like Jensen's body language during the Gen story. Both of them looked hot like fucking fire up close and seemed to be really comfortable with each other

1. He's up for a John Woo movie but if Supernatural gets a season 7, then he can't do the movie.


2. He told us a story about Sebastian Roche in which Sebastian was getting a quick neck massage in the airport on a flight from Vancouver to LA, and Jared and Jensen saw him. Jared crept up and told the massage therapist not to say anything he he took her place, and started rubbing Sebastian's shoulders. Then he started rubbing lower until his hand kinda went into Sebastian's jeans, and Sebastian was just like, "Oh," in his British accent lol. It was so funny because Sebastian wasn't bothered at all, he was just like, "oh."



3. Guys, GUYS I found out the story behind the v-neck tees that Jared wears. He gets really hot and sweats (as we all know) and he's found that v-necks really help with that. So he likes the style but it's really more of a comfort thing. This lead to...



4. A really hilarious story concerning him, Jensen, and Sebastian, again. He and Sebastian wear v-necks and so Jensen was kinda like, "Well, I'm gonna too" so he rips his shirt. Then Jared ripped his own shirt and went over to Sebastian to rip his as well. But Sebastian was like, "no, no, don't. It's a really nice shirt." So Jared was like, "Ok, let's take a picture instead." Then when he went to take the picture, he ripped Sebastian's shirt lol. What I gathered from the weekend is that everyone really likes to mess with Sebastian.


...I wasn't sure what to expect from Jensen because I've never seen him in a more intimate setting like this. Sure people say he's great in meet and greets, but they're gonna say that, you know? But really, he is. Totally relaxed and open, couldn't be nicer. There was no hint of reservation that some people mention every once in a while. And his panel had the same feeling.

...My trio photo op (with Jared, Jensen, and Misha) is also slightly hilarious. Have you ever seen the site awkward family photos? It kinda looks like that lol. Misha's kinda smirking like he's amused by something, Jared's smiling and leaning more towards Jensen, and Jensen's...got a weird look on his face, then there's me, with my "get me outta here!" smile that seems to pop up every time I have a picture with Jensen, even though that's not how I feel.
